Arroyo Homes customizes each house to the individual taste and needs of the homeowners.     Shannon Jensen Bese 15 Years has 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She started her career as an interior designer after graduation from Bassist College. For the past 11 years she has been involved with residential construction. She has a unique perspective on home building because of her background and she understands how personal a home is. Shannon works well with people and learns from their individual wants and needs. She enjoys taking ideas from customers and implementing them into their dream home. She is inspired by each customer and looks at it as an opportunity to improve on herself. Chris Felguth 18 Years is our field project manager. He works closely with Shannon, Nicole and our subs to build strong relationships. He is also our lead framer with 18 years experience. He is on the job everyday to maintain our level of quality, working closely with each trade. Chris has many years experience from framing to running his own business to being project manager for other builders. We feel very lucky to have him as part of our team. Stefanie Stonebrink is who we turn to for blueprint and drawing. She is highly skilled in the building process and is a great asset to our team. She will bring your ideas to reality.
